Ingredients
- Bitter gourd - 1 big
- Ginger - small piece
- Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Shallots - 5
- Green chilly - 3
- Curry leaves
- Salt
1. Finely chop the bitter gourd.
2. Add grated coconut, sliced shallots, curry leaves, green chilly and chopped ginger into it.
3. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustards. Add the bitter gourd and salt into this.
4. Cook it in low flame.
Simplicity speaks for itself in this dish. I love its simple flavors in return.
