Ingredients
- Cucumber - 1 cup, chopped
- Chilled Water - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - a small piece
Preparation
1. Peel the cucumber and chop them up and transfer to a blender.
2. Add ginger,water and sugar and blend till it's nice and smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and serve.
Refreshing, cooling and so good. Love the idea of adding ginger.
