Egg Bhurji

Ingredients
  • Eggs - 2
  • Onion - 1, finely chopped
  • Tomato - 1, chopped
  • Green chilies - 1, chopped
  • Ginger - 1 small piece, finely chopped
  • Red chilli powder - 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1tsp
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation


1.Whisk the eggs gently with salt and keep aside.

2.Take a pan, add oil or ghee to it. Now add onions, green chillies ,ginger and saute well.

3.Add tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes.

4.Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt as per taste.

5.Add slightly beaten eggs and keep whisking them until cooked.

6.Finally add chopped coriander leaves and switch it off.
