Uzhunnu Vada

 
Urid dal - 250 gm
Curry leaf, Green chilli, Ginger - a few
Crushed pepper - 2 tsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp

1.Soak dal in water for 2 hours
2.Grind it without adding water.
3.Add chopped ginger, curryleaf, green chilly, pepper and salt.
4.Add rice flour. Mix well
5.Take small portion and shape it.
6.Fry it in oil.
